We are so excited to have you as a student at the Nook and want you to be as safe and successful as possible.
For some of our classes, we require props, things to offer support during our classes. For all classes, you will need to have a yoga mat.
The below listing shares yoga props as well as items you can use from home in place of having the yoga props.

We ask that you have a MINIMUM of 3 props with you:
- a bolster or a pillow
- a blanket or beach towel
- a block or roll of paper towels
You can bring more if it would make you feel cozy. :)

You will want to bring the same types of things you’d bring to restorative. You may not need the block/paper towel roll unless the block/paper towel will assist under your knee(s) so that one is your call. You will be lying, more or less, still so will want to be warm and comfy. Even remember the cozy socks.
