December Holiday Healing Workshop -

Transform Overwhelm to Peace

As we enter the holiday season, things tend to get a little…extra.  I love when things get extra joyful, beautiful lights, holiday music AND it can be challenging to find REAL, AUTHENTIC gratitude and peace during the holidays too.  Instead, society and others like to tell us what we are supposed to be like during the holidays; happy, peaceful, joyful, social, loving, grateful…but what happens if we aren’t?

-        What if you lost a special person in your life due to death or a break up and they won’t be with you for the holidays?  No matter how much time has passed since this loss, the holidays may come with heaviness, grief, and even anger.

-        What if you lost your job, your business, had to move?  There may be a sense of not good enough or a feeling of anxiousness due to money constraints or a comparison of your past and your present.

-        What if being around certain people at the holidays brings heightened emotions and awareness due to an event/trauma with them in your past?  You may be playing out things that happened in the past, thinking about future conversations to have/not have with them, running through scenarios in your mind.

-        What if you find it difficult to set boundaries and say “no”?  Maybe you feel a sense of overwhelm in trying to do so many things without being able to balance self-care and your needs within these two months and prior to the years end.

Is there a way to connect back to joy, love, acceptance, gratitude and peace this holiday season if you aren’t feeling so festive?  Is there a way to expand even further any joy you are feeling so as to have the most healthy holiday season yet?  YES, THERE IS!!!!!!

Sound Bath Relaxation with Yogee Steve

Please join Yogee Steve on Friday, February 23rd from 6:30pm-7:45 pm at the BACK clubhouse of Pecan Park RV Resort for an evening of deep soothing sound performed with Quartz Crystal Bowls, Clear Handle Bowls, Himalayan Bowls, and various other sound instruments. The number of instruments will vary from session to session depending on Yogee Steve’s interpretation of energy. These sessions are great for aiding in removing layers of accumulated stress, anxiety, and deep-held tension. It's also a fantastic time for self-healing through the power of sound. Take a seat or stretch out, set your intention and melt into a restful slumber. This evening session is a terrific way to cleanse yourself of clinging external/internal passengers and move towards each new day at your own pace, feeling open, free, refreshed and energetic!

This is a non-movement practice so the wearing of comfortable clothes & the bringing of your yoga mat, blanket(s), pillow(s), comfy props is HIGHLY encouraged.

***Investment: - $35 Pecan Park Residents - $30

***No refunds will be given after purchase.
